Prenatal Training Block
6 Weeks- Feb 4th- March 1th
This 45-minute mat-based workout is designed to help expecting moms feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to their changing bodies. Using a blend of light and heavy dumbbells, mini bands, ankle weights, ball, and blocks, this class delivers a full-body strength session that builds endurance, mobility, and balance while intentionally preparing your body for birth and beyond.
Each movement is guided with purpose, focusing on posture, core connection, and pelvic floor awareness. You’ll move through strength-building circuits, stability work, and breath-based exercises that support labour preparation and postpartum recovery.
Expect a mix of grounding breath-work, functional strength training, and mindful movement all done on your mat in a supportive, low-impact environment. This class is about feeling capable, connected, and strong through every stage of pregnancy.
