Attention Teens & Parents!
We are beyond excited to launch our brand new teen summer training series — Teen Foundations!
What is it?
This 4-week block is designed specifically for teens who want to learn the basics and fundamentals of strength training in a safe & supportive environment. We'll cover proper technique, form, and gym confidence while building full-body strength.
When is it?
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30am for ages 12-14 & 10:45 AM for ages 15-18 (Tuesdays Lower Body/ Thursdays Upper Body)
At Be Well Studios
Starts August 5th – Runs through August 28th
8 total sessions
Who is it for?
Teens ages 12-18 who are curious about lifting, ready to level up their fitness, or prepping for sports. No experience needed — just come ready to learn and move in an inclusive and supportive environment with experienced and knowledgeable trainers.
